The way that repeat prescriptions can be ordered online has now changed.
We are now using SystmOnline, which is an inbuilt feature of our clinical software system (SystmOne) that allows patients to not only order repeat prescriptions, but also book some appointments online (a few only to start with), change their contact details and on occasions complete questionnaires. This can be done wherever you are, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
For you to use this new system you will need to use a username and password to allow you access.
Those of you who have used our website to order repeat prescriptions in the past, should automatically be receiving (or have received) an email with the required details to allow you access.
If you have not received an email then to obtain yours please email us at:
You must tell us your name, date of birth and address. We will then email you back with your username and password. After receiving your login details it can take up to four hours to activate your account, so please refrain from using the system until then.
In order to access any of the online services, you must provide us with two forms of ID - one photo and one proof of address. Access will not be given without these. After receiving your login details it can take up to four hours to activate your account, so please refrain from using the system until then.
Once you have your details, please access SystmOnline by clicking on the link below:
